At RAMS Industries, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding product returns.

Standard Return

We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom orders, special cuts, and made-to-order items are non-refundable

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as RAMS Industries is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your return. We will issue a credit memo to your account for the original amount less applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Policy Exceptions

RAMS Industries reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or to make exceptions at our discretion.

Interest for Overdue Invoices

Any balance remaining unpaid after the due date shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually). Such interest shall be calculated daily and added to the principal overdue amount, effective March 5, 2026.
